Responsibilities:
- This position directly impacts the experience of all Club members and staff by ensuring a structurally safe, exceptionally clean, and highly maintained positive environment - Update the work order system and keep an activity log to track and monitor progress on projects throughout the year - Ability to lead the maintenance team and ensure projects are completed accordingly and in a timely manner - Attend scheduled management meetings to give project updates, review maintenance requests, and make recommendations for future projects.
- Capital project budgeting & oversight This is a full-time year-round position with eligibility for benefits.
Health and Dental (after 90 days), and eligibility for 401(k) following one year of employment.
Hourly Wage position based on 40 hours/week Discretionary Bonus A successful candidate will have the ability to work on projects in an organized and timely manner, have great communication and leadership skills, a basic knowledge of computer programs (including but not limited to word, excel, and general email), and have a professional and respectable attitude.
